Digital Health Platform
A Swiss platform for structured allergy management, developed in dialogue with patients, clinicians and university hospitals partners. The execution challenge: clinical validation pathways, health data governance and institutional trust required to operate among patients, physicians and emergency settings.
Renewable Energy
An initiative to deploy proven renewable-energy technology through innovative business model, removing the capital barrier that keeps building owners from adopting. The execution challenge: financing architecture, multi-party alignment across owners, operators and investors - not the technology - that makes deployment scalable.
Physical AI for
installations monitoring
Systems for continuous, manufacturer-independent monitoring of installations’ performance. The execution challenge: closing the gap between point-in-time regulatory checks and costly certified instruments. Turning compliance snapshots into permanent performance visibility and optimization at a fraction of the cost.
